These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of makasee.io and the Makasee products: Makasee POS, Makasee Loyalty, Makasee Tracking and Makasee Mobile (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
01Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by staff you invite.
- Tell us immediately at support@makasee.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
02Plans, fees and payment
- Some Services are offered on paid subscription plans. Fees, billing periods and included features are shown at the time of purchase.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
- If payment fails, we may suspend paid features after reasonable notice until the balance is settled.
03Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to sell prohibited goods.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited messages through broadcast or notification features. Only message customers who have agreed to hear from you.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.
04Your data and content
- You keep all rights to the data and content you put into the Services.
- You grant Makasee a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Services.
- You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you upload, including your customers’ personal data.
- You can export your data while your account is active. After cancellation, we may delete it after a reasonable retention period.
05Third-party services
- Some features connect to third-party services such as Shopify, courier networks, payment gateways and messaging providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party services, although we work hard to keep integrations reliable.
- Makasee Mobile is an independent product and is not owned, operated or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
06Intellectual property
- The Services, software, design, logos and the Makasee name are owned by Makasee and protected by law.
- These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Services without obligation.
07Availability and changes
- We work to keep the Services available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may add, change or retire features. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and help you export your data.
08Disclaimers and liability
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makasee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Makasee in the 12 months before the claim arose.
09Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if required by law.
10Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through deliberation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.
- These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. If there is any inconsistency, the Indonesian version prevails.
